What is Dancing to Disney?

Dancing to Disney is an all new dance show performed to Disney’s greatest songs in awe-inspiring and unique venues. The performance is up close and personal, romantic and intimate - featuring world-class dance inspired by the most iconic Disney characters and scenes.

Where will it take place?

Dancing to Disney will be performed in unique and intimate venues including historical ballrooms and performance spaces that place our guests closer to the performance than ever before.

Will there be Disney characters?

Dancing to Disney is inspired by your favorite Disney characters and scenes, set to Disney’s greatest songs. Our performers will not be wearing character costumes, but all aspects of the performance will bring the most beloved t Disney characters to life.

Will there be Disney music?

Yes! All music in Dancing to Disney will be classics from the rich history of Disney.

How long is the show?

The performance will be approximately 60 minutes in length.

Does everyone need a ticket? Do children need a ticket?

Everyone who enters the event will need a ticket, including children.

Is it appropriate for children?

Dancing to Disney is appropriate for all ages, however it was created for adults who love Disney music and the magic it inspires. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Infant lap seating is not allowed.

How much time in advance should I arrive to the event?

Please arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the performance in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The performance will begin on time, so the audience must already be seated beforehand. It is not possible to join the event once it has started. Please remember that our tickets do not allow exchanges or refunds.

What if I arrive late?

Should you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter and you will not be refunded.

How do I know where my seat is?

Your seat belongs to a specific zone depending on the chosen visibility. Once you arrive at the event, you will show your ticket and an usher will guide you to your seating zone. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (always within your ticket's zone) unless you purchased a VIP Front Row ticket that specifies “front row.”

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

What is the photo or video policy during the performance?

No flash photography but photos and videos are encouraged.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. You may use your phone for photo and video purposes abiding by no flash policy.

Can I go to the bathroom during the performance?

Yes, you may use the bathroom during the performance, but we ask that in and outs be kept to a minimum out of respect for the dancers and the audience.

Are beverages available?

This will depend on the venue l where the event is taking place. As a general rule, no food is allowed inside the venue. You may bring water with you.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us by filling this form if you plan to bring a service animal.

Will there be more performances in the future?

You can see all Dancing to Disney performances currently available on our website www.feverup.com and in our App. More cities will be added shortly.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website www.feverup.com prior to arriving at the event.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.
